Nyoy Volante electrifies in "Hairspray"
Acoustic balladeer nyoy Volante returns to his theatre roots and shines as seawed J. Stubbs in the Tony Award winning musical "hairspray", which runs until Dec. 7, at the star Theatre, CCP Complex.
