SALMON, POTATOES AND CARROTS

Cooking for one can seem a bit truoblesome and pointless. but a healthy. satisfying meal can be a breeze to prepare. Simply lightly seaon a salmon fillet, some potatoes and carrots, place then bake in a preheated oven till the salmon flakes easily.

Have an aversion to carrots? Broad beans, as paragus as well as cherry tomatoes are also great with salmon. Plus they also add a nice touch of colour to the dish..
