Pizza doesn't deserve its bad rep if you exercise a little restraint. limit yourself to two slices, with a salad or soup for starters to fill you up first. pizza toppings can ebe good for you - onions are rich in sulphur compounds to help maintain a healhty immune system, while cheese is a great source of calcium

The thing ordering about Pizza is that you either overeat, or put it in the fridge and eat it for the nest three days. check it with your family members if they'd like to split a pizza with you.
