Mall Showcases Songs of Pride

Festival Supermall in Alabang, Muntinlupa City welcomes OPM song lovers as its sets the stage for Noel Cabangon's "Panaginip Tour" and hosts the choral competition "Awitin kay Gleeng" on Aug. 20 and 21, respectively.

Cabangon will sing Filipino love songs at the 2nd level Carousel Court on Aug. 20, from 2pm onwards, with special guest Nicole and Carlo band.

On the other hand, " Awiting kay Gleeng" invites amateur vocal groups from schools or Barangays of south luzon and nearby Metro manila on Aug. 21 Sunday 2pm in the same venue. Participating groups of 8-12 members are to include  in their line up a medley or mash up containing at least three OPM songs in Filipino or any local dislect, from any era and genre.

Judging will be based on voice will be based on voice quality, relevance to the theme, creativity, relevance to the theme, creativity and uniqueness , choreography, costume, and audience impact. The Grand champion will bag P 20,000, a trophy and an additional P 5,000 for their school or barangay.
