Actor jamie Foxx has issued an apology to miley for his crude comments about the teen sensation. The Oscar winner launched into a tirade about the 16-year-old on his weekly radio show the Foxxhole at the weekend.
He advised teh hannah Montana star to "make a sex tape and grow up" before telling her to get a gum transplant, adding:"Do some heroin..get some crack on your pipe."
