Step 1 : Control your emotions by discipling your thoughts. Project affirmative thoughts when fear arises over outcome of any project. Reverse negative thoughts immediately. Affirmatively thoughts constitute controlled emotions.
Step 2: Be patient. Impatience is a sign of immaturity. you would not dig up seeds to see whether they were growing. Cultivate ideas and desires, execute them and patiently await the fruits of your labour.
Step 3: Work out step by step plan for each goal. Take one project at a time and complete it. you can move effectively in one direction at one time. You can think only one thought at a time. Don't take on too much at once. Discipline yourself to the accomplishments of one task before moving on the next. Keep a written record of your goals, and of your progress. Whatever needs to be done, do it. Don't put off the important things to fiddle with trivialities. Discipline yourself to get the job done in the shortest possible time. if you have to write an article, a book, prepare a speech, a sermon dig a garden, paint the house, sell the car, call on a tough prospect, do it.
