"TOMATOES" FEW CALORIES,RICH IN NUTRIENTS

Nutritionists recommend eating plenty of tomatoes because they are very low in calories but rich in vitamins,minerals,and micronutrients. A 100g tomato contains only 20 calories. These calories can be easily absorbed by the body. The low calorie content of tomato makes it a favorite of obese people. It is often recommended in weight loss programs, as it provides you some of the essential minerals and vitamins, fills your stomach, and does not add calories to your body.

Tomato is rich in vitamin C and contains some vitamins B and A. This versatile vegetable is also a good source of calcium and iron and contains some amounts of phosphorous,sulfur, and potassium.
