A bowl of Red bean Soup

A US Clinicl Drug Investigation study has found that women who eat foods rich in magnesium suffer less water retention than women with little magnesium in their diets. Magnesium helps regulate the amount of fluid in your body, and can be found in foods like beans and tofu. To reduce bloat, go fro a bowl of red bean soup with gingko nuts.

Too much magnesium can lead to side effects such as diarrhea. If you're taking magnesium supplements, stick to taking aboutmg a day.
