He's Beautiful Korean Drama

I love Jang Geun Suk because of this drama..
Actually, the first time I saw his acting is on "Baby and Me". I like him there. The story was so cute. my cousin recommended it to me. Here in He's beautiful. JGS being a talented actor and musician was really proven. i like his voice especially when he is singing promise and what should i do.
Truly, He looks like a gay or emo in this drama but i don't care about what he looks but i'm more focus on his singing and acting. Sorry I'm a fan so i just can't get enough of JGS. About the story, yeah it was like any other typical girl pretending to be a guy story. I become exceptional because school was not the setting.
The another plus factor for me since I'm a music lover is ANJELL is a band. ANJELL is composed of taekyung, go mi nam ( twin bro of minyu), jeremy and shin woo. I'm not so into bad guy character but i like taekyung here..hahaha.. It was funny because most of all of the characters are fond of imaginations. that adds the humor in the story. Minyu is from a convent of nuns and she was so innocent to deal with guys and pretending to be a guy for her twin. In the latter part of the story, takeyung nd taekyung will fell in love with each other.. The other member of the band will be heart broken.

The truth about Milk
Milk: Healthy and nutritious drink, or fattening, contaminant-filled menace?
You might expect an organization called the Dairy Education Board to promote milk as a good thing. But instead, this advocacy group claims that “Milk is a deadly poison.” Oops. And as Americans have grown more wary of saturated fat, and more concerned about hormones and other substances fed to—and injected into—dairy cows, milk consumption has fallen dramatically. In the post-war days of 1945, the average American was consuming 45 gallons of milk a year. By 2001, per capita consumption was down to just 23 gallons.
But here’s the thing: Plenty of new research says that we should be drinking more milk, not less. In fact, swapping soda, juice, sweetened iced teas, and other beverages for milk might be one major reason why Americans are gaining weight at such a rapid pace. Milk not only helps boost protein intake and cut down on sugar, but consuming calcium through dairy foods such as milk may actually reduce the fat absorption from other foods. Who wouldn’t want that? Claim #1: “Milk is a fat-burning food.”
The Truth: Maybe. In a 6-month study, University of Tennessee researchers found that overweight people who downed three servings a day of calcium-rich dairy lost more belly fat than those who followed a similar diet minus two or more of the dairy servings. In addition, the researchers discovered that calcium supplements didn’t work as well as milk. Why? They believe that while calcium may increase the rate at which your body burns fat, other active compounds in dairy (such as milk proteins) provide an additional fat-burning effect.

Claim #2: “Drinking milk builds muscle.”
The Truth: Absolutely. In fact, milk is one of the best muscle foods on the planet. Milk is full of high-quality protein: about 80 percent casein and 20 percent whey. Whey is known as a “fast protein” because it’s quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream—perfect for post-workout consumption. Casein, on the other hand, is digested more slowly—ideal for providing your body with a steady supply of smaller amounts of protein for a longer period of time, such as between meals or while you sleep.

It is true that hormones and antibiotics have never been part of a cow’s natural diet, and they have been shown to have adverse effects on the animals. Canadian researchers, for example, discovered that cows given hormones are more likely to contract an udder infection called mastitis. If you’re uneasy, you can purchase antibiotic-free (and typically hormone-free, as well) milk from producers like Horizon and Organic Valley at most major supermarkets. The cows will certainly thank you.

The bottom line: Drinking two to three glasses of milk a day, whether it’s fat-free, 2%, or whole, lowers the likelihood of both heart attack and stroke—a finding confirmed by British scientists.

Inside Fight: MArgarito vs. Pacquiao
So, it’s pretty much official.
Manny Pacquiao will square off against the still-U.S. suspended Antonio Margarito on November 13th at a site to be determined.
The last time we saw Margarito, it was May. He was mugging to the camera and mocking his suspension every chance he got in a lackluster pay-per-view performance against club fighter, Robert Garcia, in a card emanating from Aguascalientes, Mexico.
Every time the camera was on him, he felt the need to grin, hold his fists up to the camera and twirl them as if to say, “Look, no plaster.” It was a good time for him and for his ever-diminishing group of fans, but it did not endear him to the vast majority of fight fanatics who refused to purchase the event (the buyrate was a pitiful 12,000-15,000) and it certainly didn’t win over the hearts of the California commission which suspended him.
Now, the remorseless and blatant cheat who would have willingly gone out and bludgeoned Shane Mosley with loaded hand wraps, is in line for a major payday, major exposure and a major title to boot.
Margarito has yet to receive his license to fight again in the United States and has already had one reinstatement effort put off by the Nevada State Athletic Commission. That being said, it’s hard to see a recession-stricken Las Vegas being able to turn down such a high-profile bout that will generate millions in revenue via Asian high-rollers and Mexican nationals. And even if Margarito isn’t reinstated, the fight will be held in Monterrey, Mexico.
So, there. It’s all set.
In a weight range full of quality talents, much more deserving of the shot than Margarito, Pacquiao promoter, Bob Arum, has decided to match his star attraction against a promotional stablemate in yet another in-house fight.
It’s not like there aren’t credible opponents left for the Filipino champ. Despite the falling apart of a Mayweather matchup, quality names like Timothy Bradley, Paul Williams, Andre Berto and at least a half dozen more would all have been better choices than an over-matched pariah who was beaten from pillar to post the last time he fought a pound-for-pound talent.
Welcome to the world of boxing politics where one day, you’re suspended for having altered hand wraps and the next, someone is writing you a 7-figure paycheck and trying to sell the world on the fact that you’re a swell guy.
Let’s not also forget that Pacquiao-Margarito will be for the vacant WBC junior middleweight title despite the fact that Pacquiao has never even fought at the 154 lb limit and Margarito has only one bout in that division over the last six years. More perverse is the fact that the WBC forced a legitimate, quality champ, Sergio Martinez, to vacate the title just weeks prior to this announcement. If one were inclined to believe in conspiracy theories, this would certainly raise a lot of red flags.
And while it’s easy to blame Bob Arum, the sanctioning bodies and boxing in general for this craziness, at what point do we hold Manny Pacquiao responsible for the things done by his people and done in his name?
After all, he’s agreeing to fight Margarito, agreeing to pay the high six-figure “sanctioning fee” to the WBC and more than willing to take a title shot he hasn’t earned for a belt that he won’t likely defend.
All the insanity stops if Manny puts his foot down, but don’t hold your breath. Because Pacquiao, the media darling and near religious figure to some, is more than willing to take the road of least resistance while letting Arum and trainer, Freddie Roach, come off like the bad guys.
If Pacquiao wins this bout, it will be his eighth title in eight divisions; Truly an impressive fact to read on the back of a baseball card or cereal box. But, in all fairness, his last four titles have come against guys who were not the consensus number one fighters in their respective divisions. Good fighters, yes, but not the best.
Pacquiao moved up to 135 lbs in 2008 and captured the lightweight title by beating paper champion, David Diaz, when Nate Campbell was the recognized best fighter in the division. He moved up to 140 lbs in 2009 and flattened Ricky Hatton (who had already been knocked out by Floyd Mayweather Jr) when Timothy Bradley was already starting to be recognized as the best in that division. Then, he moved on to capture the welterweight title later in 2009 by beating Miguel Cotto despite the fact that Shane Mosley was considered the best fighter in the division after having beaten Margarito (Cotto’s vanquisher) to a pulp.
This latest WBC 154-pound trinket will be the fourth straight division where Manny will stroll in, beat a hand-picked opponent, and claim divisional dominance despite not facing the best fighter in the division. Then he’ll leave the title vacant, the division in chaos and the WBC can re-sell their belt to the next chump.
Like it or not, this is big-time boxing in 2010.
If the fans want a change and want some sort of return to common decency in the sport, they will boycott this circus sideshow and save their pay-per-view money for the real bouts and for the fighters who actually care about the sport enough to not insult our intelligence.

So, there. It’s all set.
In a weight range full of quality talents, much more deserving of the shot than Margarito, Pacquiao promoter, Bob Arum, has decided to match his star attraction against a promotional stablemate in yet another in-house fight.
It’s not like there aren’t credible opponents left for the Filipino champ. Despite the falling apart of a Mayweather matchup, quality names like Timothy Bradley, Paul Williams, Andre Berto and at least a half dozen more would all have been better choices than an over-matched pariah who was beaten from pillar to post the last time he fought a pound-for-pound talent.
Welcome to the world of boxing politics where one day, you’re suspended for having altered hand wraps and the next, someone is writing you a 7-figure paycheck and trying to sell the world on the fact that you’re a swell guy.
Let’s not also forget that Pacquiao-Margarito will be for the vacant WBC junior middleweight title despite the fact that Pacquiao has never even fought at the 154 lb limit and Margarito has only one bout in that division over the last six years. More perverse is the fact that the WBC forced a legitimate, quality champ, Sergio Martinez, to vacate the title just weeks prior to this announcement. If one were inclined to believe in conspiracy theories, this would certainly raise a lot of red flags.
And while it’s easy to blame Bob Arum, the sanctioning bodies and boxing in general for this craziness, at what point do we hold Manny Pacquiao responsible for the things done by his people and done in his name?
After all, he’s agreeing to fight Margarito, agreeing to pay the high six-figure “sanctioning fee” to the WBC and more than willing to take a title shot he hasn’t earned for a belt that he won’t likely defend.
All the insanity stops if Manny puts his foot down, but don’t hold your breath. Because Pacquiao, the media darling and near religious figure to some, is more than willing to take the road of least resistance while letting Arum and trainer, Freddie Roach, come off like the bad guys.
If Pacquiao wins this bout, it will be his eighth title in eight divisions; Truly an impressive fact to read on the back of a baseball card or cereal box. But, in all fairness, his last four titles have come against guys who were not the consensus number one fighters in their respective divisions. Good fighters, yes, but not the best.
Pacquiao moved up to 135 lbs in 2008 and captured the lightweight title by beating paper champion, David Diaz, when Nate Campbell was the recognized best fighter in the division. He moved up to 140 lbs in 2009 and flattened Ricky Hatton (who had already been knocked out by Floyd Mayweather Jr) when Timothy Bradley was already starting to be recognized as the best in that division. Then, he moved on to capture the welterweight title later in 2009 by beating Miguel Cotto despite the fact that Shane Mosley was considered the best fighter in the division after having beaten Margarito (Cotto’s vanquisher) to a pulp.
This latest WBC 154-pound trinket will be the fourth straight division where Manny will stroll in, beat a hand-picked opponent, and claim divisional dominance despite not facing the best fighter in the division. Then he’ll leave the title vacant, the division in chaos and the WBC can re-sell their belt to the next chump.
Like it or not, this is big-time boxing in 2010.
If the fans want a change and want some sort of return to common decency in the sport, they will boycott this circus sideshow and save their pay-per-view money for the real bouts and for the fighters who actually care about the sport enough to not insult our intelligence.

Karate Kid (2010)
To be honest, I am hesitant of watching this film because I find it cheesy and such though I will say that this is a good movie specially to be viewed by children and adults that is young at heart.
Most scenes are between Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan so the atmosphere is set for a father and son but since I never had a father growing up it didn’t affect me that much. So in a scale of 1 to 5, I will give it a 2. Lines are not cheesy so a yay for that.
I’m not a big fan of Chinese culture but after watching this I appreciate now how China, the modern and the primitive side. Gawd! I’m dazzled to that gargantuan architectural figure placed at central part of Beijing. Just wow! And don’t forget the Bird’s Nest. Another milestone for China. In addition, I finally realized how related its theme song to the whole movie. Kudos! Unlike Avatar, I don’t get it.
Lastly, Jaden Smith is just fine like Willow. These two are just fine.

Above Over and beyond
there are so many things that happened today. I got a chance to know Yshna, the managing director of Heraldo Filipino, because she is also a student assistant on MCO. (where I comply my incampus OJT) I happen to mention her that I know she is a HALER. Soleil told me once. Then, She said that she has this one album entitled: Above, Over and Beyond. She recommended its unique album cover so I ask her if she could bring it. I miss HALE. I don’t know if they are already disband or what. Even though, some other musicians will not recognize them but each of us has different preferences. I prefer the quality of its lyrics. Their Tempo maybe slow or a lullaby like? haha.. Well, it’s not.. They are just inspired by a band named COLDPLAY. (so their genre is somewhat like coldplay) It is relaxing and going through the of the lyrics feels your floating out of reality. (just like fireflies of owlcity) I usually like a song because of the depth of its lyrics. And it really make sense..^^V

Samsung Unveils Tablet to Compete With iPad
Galaxy Tab Has Smaller Screen, Similar Features to Apple's Device; Likely Cost Is $200-$300
Samsung Electronics Co. (KSE: 005930.KS -News) on Thursday unveiled the Galaxy Tab, its take on Apple Inc.'s (NasdaqGS: AAPL - News) iPad, as more technology companies trickle into the nascent tablet market.
Tablets represent a potential new source of revenue for Samsung, which is making up for lost ground in the intensely competitive smartphone business.
Rather than sell it directly to consumers, Samsung will rely on its carrier partners to sell the Galaxy Tab, which runs on Google Inc.'s (NasdaqGS: GOOG - News) Android software, comes with a cellular connection, and features a seven-inch screen. The tablet will debut in Italy, moving to other markets as Samsung locks in more carrier deals.
Vodafone Group PLC (NasdaqGS: VOD - News), the world's biggest mobile operator, said it would start selling the Galaxy Tab in most of its European markets and a number of its other markets worldwide in October.

It is expected to launch in the U.S. over the next few months, but the company would only say it was in talks with multiple carriers. The Galaxy Tab is essentially an enlarged version of Samsung's flagship Galaxy S smartphone, which was originally available through AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T - News) and Deutsche Telekom AG's (Buenos Aires: DT.BA -News) T-Mobile, and more recently Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE: S - News).
While a price hasn't been set, Samsung product executive Hankil Yoon said in an interview that it would likely retail for between $200 and $300, although the final price would vary depending on different carrier subsidies.
Mr. Yoon expects to ship 10 million units and take a third of the global tablet market next year.
But it's unclear if any tablet beyond the iPad will prove to be a hit. Samsung follows Dell Inc. (NasdaqGS: DELL - News), which launched its Streak through AT&T last month. More tablets are expected for the holiday selling season.
While many companies are devoting resources toward building a worthy iPad competitor, history shows that Apple often enjoys a lengthy lead with its products, said Rhoda Alexander, an analyst at iSuppli.
The iPad, which sold 3 million units after 80 days in the market, is expected to control three-quarters of the tablet market this year, with its share only slipping to 62% by 2012, according to iSuppli.
Like the iPad, the Galaxy Tab customizes core applications, such as email and contacts, to take advantage of the larger screen, offers Wi-Fi capabilities, and provides a hub for reading magazines, books and newspapers. It also lacks a removable battery and requires a proprietary dock to connect to a PC.
The Tab sets itself apart on size. The 7-inch screen allows for a slimmer profile than the iPad, which packs a 9.7-inch screen. Also, the Samsung device supports the latest version of Adobe Flash--something the iPad doesn't do--enabling the Tab to show more video found on the Internet.
"It's a truly mobile device," Mr. Yoon said.
It features a camera on each side of the device, as well as a slot for expandable memory. It also has the capability to make phone calls, but carriers will decide whether that capability will be offered. Mr. Yoon said Samsung plans to support the device with two major software updates a year.
The Tab will run on Android 2.2, the latest version, and will have access to the Android Marketplace for a number of applications. But Gartner analyst Carolina Milanesi said she was concerned about how many apps will be designed specifically for the device. The iPad already benefits from a number of third-party apps that utilize its larger screen.
Samsung is exploring the possibility of a tablet with a 10-inch or 6-inch screen, and Mr. Yoon said the company plans to eventually launch a family of Galaxy Tab devices. Samsung has invested $200 million in advertising the Galaxy S phone around the world. The company plans to spend less promoting the Galaxy Tab, because it feels the product appeals to more of a niche audience than the more mainstream smartphone, said Samsung mobile marketing executive Younghee Lee.

American Idol Top 2: Crystal Bowersox and Lee DeWyze
During last night’s results show, Crystal Bowersox and Lee DeWyze were declared the top 2 finalists for this season’s “American Idol.”
Proving Kara DioGuardi’s prediction to be spot-on, Ryan Seacrest first announced that Lee was safe, later adding Crystal’s name to the safe list.
And of course Toledo, Ohio native Bowersox was thrilled to be in the top two, confirming, “I’m safe?” before running to Lee and giving him a big hug.
Both Lee and Crystal were very humbled by the results, while Casey James graciously accepted his fate with a smile and a nod.

Elevator Operator
When we forst met Alice, she was pessing the elevator dial like aboy. her face open with flashlight precision, quietly greeting us as we enter and prop ourselves beside her. like the four designated elevator operators for the day shift, shw werscasual clothing, lookign quiet and rurally obscure against the modern overpass square.
She tells us her situation:operators like her were "discovered" while working in the municipality of Dasmarias. they earn about P200 per day, which is little below the minimum wage, and the shift is meager 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, but she enjoys working in this solitary calm. Her conduct reminds us of those ferrymen or clockwoiirks guys says that say " yes, sir" All the time, but their undeniably pinoy working class possess gives it an unpreedictable twist. It;s that synergy between the beauty of modernity and the al Filipino ironies that elevator operators here embody to a comical full.

Difficult, complicated, and painstaking are the words that came out from the mouth of Edison navarro when he described what the job is. With his sweat driping all over his body during the interview (as we had the talk after their performance), Michael remains passionate towards his work and believes that he has already found his ody's greatest need through dancing and eating fire. Michael said that he was satisfied with his job because of the fine pay and the cheerful company he found with the other dancers.

miming may seem like an easy trade, but it's not for the faint-hearted. It takes guts for mimes to come up on stage an act pretty much foolishly in silence. Whoever said the silent comedians of the Renaissance period were left to rot with the forgotten Renaissance art? The art of miming has been given a killer make over, smoothing its transition from renaissance to the modern world. they come slow and unnoticed that is, until today, because in the Philippines terrain, mimes are rarely ovelooked.
Mimes are more commonly known as poeple stuck in a box, except that they're not. They've been in and out of the box both literally and figura tively. They may seem like in a silent motion picture in live action, frolicking in the city till God knows what. But even so, true to their miming origins, in this very interview they were as soundless as a mouse, giving me the good old silent treatment. It makes you think that maybe you are the one unnoticed. is that cold ahoulder or what? i think not. be cause in this ancient art, the silent treatment is part of the job description.

MANILA, Philippines – Leading presidential candidate Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino and his runningmate Mar Roxas answered several issues during their visit to Tarlac to pay their last respects to the bodyguard of one of their party mates who was killed in an ambush in Cavite.
Aquino and Roxas visited the wake of Col. Arnulfo Orbillos, the bodyguard of former Cavite Rep. Plaridel Abaya. Orbillos was killed in an ambush as the group was on its way to the St. Michael City Homes Elementary School in Bacoor.
Both candidates vowed to seek justice for Orbillos.
The 2 then went to a nearby chapel for a press conference. The first issue that was raised was about Aquino’s unwillingness to take his oath under President Arroyo’s appointed Chief Justice Renato Corona.
Aquino explained this is based on tradition. He stressed that there is no requirement in the Constitution as to whom he would take his oath as the new president.
He added that the president-elect can be sworn into office by any notary public. He prefers a barangay captain in Tarlac instead of Corona, he said.
On the issue of the close fight between Roxas and Makati City Mayor Jejomar Binay for the vice presidential race, Aquino is confident his tandem will win.
As of Friday, Binay leads the partial results of the Commission on Election for vice president with 12,921,315 votes as against Roxas’ 12,072,145.
Roxas, for his part, again denied Binay’s allegations about his group’s special operations against his rival.
Roxas also commented on the statement of Binay that Aquino would sleep soundly at night if the mayor was his vice president.
He said if Binay is already not true to his tandem, former president Joseph Estrada, what more to Aquino.
Sen. Aquino’s first 100 days was also discussed during the press conference. The son of the late President Corazon Aquino and Sen. Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino said he would fight corruption as he had promised during his campaign.
He told the media that a research team is now going over the credentials of his Cabinet prospects. He, however, did not divulge any names.

MANILA, Philippines – Leading presidential candidate Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino and his runningmate Mar Roxas answered several issues during their visit to Tarlac to pay their last respects to the bodyguard of one of their party mates who was killed in an ambush in Cavite.
Aquino and Roxas visited the wake of Col. Arnulfo Orbillos, the bodyguard of former Cavite Rep. Plaridel Abaya. Orbillos was killed in an ambush as the group was on its way to the St. Michael City Homes Elementary School in Bacoor.
Both candidates vowed to seek justice for Orbillos.
The 2 then went to a nearby chapel for a press conference. The first issue that was raised was about Aquino’s unwillingness to take his oath under President Arroyo’s appointed Chief Justice Renato Corona.
Aquino explained this is based on tradition. He stressed that there is no requirement in the Constitution as to whom he would take his oath as the new president.
He added that the president-elect can be sworn into office by any notary public. He prefers a barangay captain in Tarlac instead of Corona, he said.
On the issue of the close fight between Roxas and Makati City Mayor Jejomar Binay for the vice presidential race, Aquino is confident his tandem will win.
As of Friday, Binay leads the partial results of the Commission on Election for vice president with 12,921,315 votes as against Roxas’ 12,072,145.
Roxas, for his part, again denied Binay’s allegations about his group’s special operations against his rival.
Roxas also commented on the statement of Binay that Aquino would sleep soundly at night if the mayor was his vice president.
He said if Binay is already not true to his tandem, former president Joseph Estrada, what more to Aquino.
Sen. Aquino’s first 100 days was also discussed during the press conference. The son of the late President Corazon Aquino and Sen. Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino said he would fight corruption as he had promised during his campaign.
He told the media that a research team is now going over the credentials of his Cabinet prospects. He, however, did not divulge any names.

Justin bieber admits he's gay... real or reel??
I've known justin Bieber as a starting RnB artist. He's young entering this industry in the age of 15 for me. I haven't watch MYX or MTV for a logn time already so i'm not updated on what's happening on the music scene on the international top hits as well as the OPM. When someone listed the song "one time" for me to download, It was like.. oh a newbie again. Young girls go crazy again. I saw the music video. The song is good. Actually, I have gone LSS on it last year but it doesn't made me a fan at all.
